The tour

Your shared mailbox,
as a CRM.

H/Flow reads the shared inboxes your team already uses and turns them into a working CRM: triage what matters, draft the reply, see the whole relationship, and schedule the follow-up. Private, on your own infrastructure.

Triage the inbox Draft the reply See the 360 Schedule the follow-up
Triage

The inbox, sorted for you

Every message is read, categorized and linked to the right company, so the team opens the day with a clear queue instead of a pile.

  • Auto-sorted into work, done and spam, with a task pulled out when there's an ask.
  • Linked to the company automatically, so context travels with the thread.
  • Shared: the whole team works one queue without stepping on each other.

A draft, in your voice, ready to send

H/Flow writes the reply for you, on brand and grounded in the thread, and it drafts in more than one language when your clients need it.

  • Bilingual drafts: the outgoing reply and a translation, side by side, so nothing is lost.
  • You stay in control: review, edit, then send, or mark it done.
  • Turns an ask into a task with one click, so follow-ups don't slip.
Re: Renewal question on the annual plan
Draft reply (sent as)
Hi Anna, happy to help with the renewal. Your annual plan runs through March; I've attached the updated terms and can hold your current rate if we confirm this week. Shall I send the renewal for signature?
Translation (for your records)
Bonjour Anna, ravi de vous aider pour le renouvellement. Votre forfait annuel court jusqu'en mars ; les conditions mises à jour sont en pièce jointe…

The 360

The whole relationship, on one card

Behind every sender is a company view that assembles itself from the mail, so you always answer with the full picture.

  • Contacts, threads, tasks and invoices in one place, built as messages arrive.
  • A timeline of what's happened, so anyone can pick up the thread.
  • Exportable profiles carry configuration between clients; each business runs its own stack.

The actual product

Not a mockup. This is the running system.

These are real screens from a live inbox. Client names, addresses and subjects are deliberately obscured, which is the same reason the product exists: the detail belongs to the business, not to a slide.

Hand-over

When it is real work, hand it to the builders

Some mail is not a reply, it is a job. One button hands the thread to the development side, and the progress comes back onto the card on its own.

  • You write the brief. Your note sits at the top, above the machine summary, because a summary can be narrow and yours is the instruction.
  • A note on a plan pauses it. The work waits for you instead of starting, which is how you say "let us agree the shape first".
  • Send the whole thread when the gist is not enough, and the exact exchange goes with it.
  • Or just talk it through. Open a discussion instead and nothing starts running while the scope is still moving.

Note for the team
Scope this with Vela before anyone builds. It is not just the site, they want the client list and the invoicing joined up too.
Send the full mail chain
Parked for you. This plan has a note, so it waits in the backlog instead of starting.
Company memory

It remembers the client, so you do not have to

Every night each company gets a fresh brief, built from what is already on file. That brief is what the next morning's draft is written against, which is why the replies read like someone who has been on the account for a year.

  • The sales thread from the mailbox, not just the last message.
  • Their history on the record: what was promised, what is open, what went quiet.
  • Their documents from the shared folder, read for substance rather than filenames.
  • Built on your own hardware overnight, so it costs nothing per client and nothing leaves to produce it.
